Prince William did NOT refuse to throw a party for Kate Middleton’s 35th birthday, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”

According to the notoriously unreliable Celeb Dirty Laundry, Middleton’s big day wasn’t the “star-studded bash” she had hoped it would be. Without any legitimate sources to back up its claims, the often disproven site alleges that Prince William did not make any plans to celebrate her 35th birthday, and brother-in-law Prince Harry instead opted to head to Norway “for a romantic winter trip with his new girlfriend.” Armed with its inaccurate “evidence,” the webloid concludes, “Does this mean there’s trouble for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge behind closed doors?”

No. Once again, there is NO truth whatsoever to CDL’s latest article. Regardless, Gossip Cop checked in with a royal insider who assures us the story is completely “false.” To celebrate her birthday, Middleton chose to spend some downtime with her family at their estate in Norfolk, England.

Sadly, this is not the first time Gossip Cop has called out the site for its bogus reporting. Only days ago, we corrected the webloid for falsely alleging Prince William hates celebrating his wife’s birthday. And shortly before that tall-tale, we busted the outlet for wrongly claiming Middleton and Prince William were fighting and living separate lives. Much like those ridiculous stories, this latest claim is equally untrue.
