A story claiming Kanye West is "desperate" for Kim Kardashian to show him more "support" is untrue. Contrary to the narrative presented, the reality star has made it clear she's standing by her husband. In addition, reputable outlets have also reported how she is supporting him.
But according to RadarOnline, Kardashian is "trying to distance herself" from the rapper, while he's "desperate" for her to "show more support" for the "world to see them as a united couple." A so-called "source" is quoted as saying, "It really bothers Kanye that Kim's distancing herself from him lately." The supposed snitch acknowledges that when West started going on controversial Twitter rants a few weeks ago, Kardashian "defended him... at first."
Now, however, it's alleged she'd "rather stay as far away from his drama as possible and has made it very clear that she's not going to keep rushing to his aid." And the site maintains Kardashian's "lack of support has only fueled West's rage." It's even claimed the performer is "just looking for a little loyalty from his life partner." Of course, Kardashian has actually showed her spouse plenty of "loyalty" in recent days.
While West opted not to attend the Met Gala earlier this week because he is working on new music in Wyoming, he posted on Twitter a photo Kardashian all glammed up for the event with fire emojis. Kardashian sweetly responded on Twitter, "Love you babe wish you were here with me." If she didn't want to be connected to him, especially on social media, then Kardashian needn't have responded to his tweet.
But not only did she do that, but Kardashian then went to reunite with West in Wyoming, where they were seen laughing and smiling together at a barbecue restaurant on Wednesday. Surely if she was trying to "distance" herself from him, she wouldn't have made such a trip and certainly wouldn't have gone out in public with him. Of Kardashian's return to Wyoming, People reported, "Kim happily joined Kanye in Jackson Hole. She wants to be supportive so he can finish his album."
The credible magazine also explained last week how their children keep Kardashian and West bonded, and specifically noted, "Does she stand by him? Always. They always have each other's backs and will always go to bat for one another." Significantly, this starkly contrasts with bleak picture painted by RadarOnline. And on Friday's "Live with Kelly and Ryan," Kardashian made a point of saying West is "doing really good."
Again, that's Kardashian publicly showing support for her husband, but the online publication doesn't acknowledge any of this in its article. As a result, the blog's allegations that she's "distancing herself" and he wants "more support" ring hollow and untrue.
Gossip Cop believes there to be elements of truth, but the story is ultimately misleading.
