Is Kanye West "infuriated" with Beyonce and Jay Z for refusing to treat Kim Kardashian with "respect"? That's the latest claim from one particularly unreliable website. Gossip Cop, however, can set the record straight. We're told it's "not true."

According to the HollywoodLife, which is often caught peddling fake news stories about the four celebrities, West's "ongoing beef" with Beyonce and Jay Z is "reaching a new low." In its article, a so-called "source" tells the outlet, "It drives Kanye insane that Beyonce treats Kim like she's inferior and not worthy of her friendship, it infuriates him."

The website's supposed "insider" goes on to contend that West, who is "fiercely protective of his family," feels "he's being dissed, too." Adds the site's alleged tipster in unnatural language, "As far as Kanye is concerned, Beyonce has no right to look down her nose at Kim, sure she's a reality TV star, but she's also a wildly successful businesswoman and a self-made multi-millionaire."

The serial fibbers at the blog further claim that "it all comes down to respect for Kanye." The webloid's seemingly fake "source" concludes, "Kanye feels that unless Beyonce and Jay Z are willing to treat his wife with the respect he believes she deserves then he has no desire to make nice with either of them." The backdrop for its latest concocted tale, of course, is that it was supposedly "icy" between the two women at Serena Williams' wedding.

Of course, the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies has a history of making up stories about the rapper. In 2016, for example, Gossip Cop busted the site for falsely alleging West was designing a dress for Melania Trump to wear to Donald Trump's inauguration. We also corrected the repeatedly discredited outlet for wrongly claiming earlier this year that West and Kardashian were getting a divorce. Those reports were clearly inaccurate and serve as proof of how the blog fabricates articles about West.

Additionally, the rapper's rep tells Gossip Cop that HollywoodLies' new article is filled with phony quotes and is 100 percent "not true." West is not "infuriated" with Beyonce and Jay Z for refusing to treat the reality star with "respect." In fact, contrary to the site's story, it was reported that Beyonce and Kardashian were cordial at Williams' wedding last week and even enjoyed a glass of champagne together and talked about their kids. And Jay Z noted in a New York Times interview that he had just spoken to West, of whom he said, "He's my brother. I love Kanye."

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
