Justin Timberlake performed “Can’t Stop The Feeling” to open the 2017 Oscars on Sunday. Check out the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, “Can’t Stop The Feeling” came out last year as the lead single from the Trolls soundtrack. Timberlake voiced one of the main characters (yes, a troll) in the animated film, and composed the song specifically for it. The track was released in May 2016, months before the movie hit theaters.

“Can’t Stop The Feeling” was an immediate success, and became the best-selling song of 2016. As Gossip Cop reported, Timberlake performed it for the first time at Eurovision, just days after its release. Incredibly, that’s the only time the superstar has sung the infectious track live until tonight.

Timberlake was invited to take the Academy Awards stage after “Can’t Stop The Feeling” scored an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song last month. If it wins, the singer will share the award with his co-writers, Max Martin and Shellback. And a victory would give Timberlake the coveted “O” in EGOT. Having already won Emmys and Grammys, he would only need to earn a Tony to complete the so-called “grand slam” of show business.

“Can’t Stop The Feeling” previously lost at the Critics’ Choice Awards and Golden Globes, but took home a Grammy earlier this month. Watch video of Timberlake’s Oscars performance below!
