The alleged fan who was arrested for trespassing at Justin Bieber’s Beverly Hills home this week was sentenced to jail after pleading no contest. But Mirabelli Stefania won’t be behind bars for very long.

As Gossip Cop reported, Stefania recently made three attempts to meet Bieber, who is renting a palatial estate in the wealthy Los Angeles neighborhood. On her third attempt, which took place Monday night, she made her way onto the property, but was caught and detained by the superstar’s home security team. Bieber was inside the house at the time of the incident, but had no contact with the unwanted visitor, who was booked on suspicion of trespassing.

Stefania remained in custody after the arrest, unable or unwilling to post bail or bond. But that decision may have worked out in her favor. She has now pled no contest to one count of misdemeanor aggravated trespassing and was sentenced to eight days in jail. The judge, however, suspended four of those days, and the time she’s already spent locked up since the arrest will count towards her time served, reports TMZ. In other words, her release is now imminent.

But the brief jail stint does not represent the totality of Stefania’s punishment. The judge also sentenced her to 12 months of probation and enacted a restraining order that bars her from coming within 100 yards of Bieber. If she is caught trying to illegally see the singer again, it is likely she would face additional jail time. The performer has not publicly commented on the situation. Interestingly, though, this unfortunate incident proves Gossip Cop was right with a recent bust.

Earlier this month, we called out the New York Post for falsely claiming Bieber was banned from renting in Beverly Hills due to years-old bad behavior. But this trespassing encounter took place at a Beverly Hills mansion Bieber is currently renting, showing that Gossip Cop was correct when we said there was no such prohibition against him. Disturbingly, though, he doesn’t only have to deal with intrusions from supposed fans. Now that paparazzi know where Bieber is living, they have been taking aerial pictures of him on the private property all week. So much for privacy.
