Justin Bieber got busted for speeding in Beverly Hills, the night before the MTV Video Music Awards. The Biebs was driving 25 miles per hour above the speed limit on a quiet neighborhood street on Saturday night. He also illegally passed on the right side and had tinted windows, which are a no-no. See the video below.

Four police squad cars in total were used when Bieber was pulled over. Gossip Cop is told it was actually a routine stopping of a speeding driver, but extra police cars were called after they realized the superstar was the lead-footed driver. Bieber was given a ticket and drove off at a safer speed.

Bieber has had some issues with spending in the past. In July 2012, he was pulled after for whizzing down the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles in his chrome Fisker Karma. At the time, the singer said he was being pursued by the paparazzi. And in 2013, Bieber’s neighbors accused him of speeding around their gated community in Calabasas, California in his Ferrari. Bieber was never charged for the alleged speeding in his neighborhood.

Bieber has made no mention on social media of his run-in with the law. Instead, he’s posted videos relating to his performance of “What Do You Mean?” at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.
