Julia Roberts and husband Danny Moder are not “headed for divorce” over his supposed jealousy of the actress filming a TV special with Bear Grylls, despite a ridiculous report. Gossip Cop can exclusively expose this fake news story.

The actress and British adventurer teamed up for a special edition of his reality series “Running Wild,” in which they’ll travel throughout Kenya delivering life-saving vaccines to remote villages. The segment will air as part of NBC’s three-hour Red Nose Day special, which premieres on May 25. Unfortunately, RadarOnline has now taken a situation involving humanitarian work and turned it into a story about nonexistent marital trouble.

“Headed For Divorce? Julia Roberts Jets Off To Africa With Heartthrob Bear Grylls,” reads a new headline on the site. The accompanying article goes on to quote a supposed “insider” as saying that Moder fears his wife’s expedition with Grylls is “a perfect time and place for a sizzling romance to explode.”

The outlet’s seemingly phony source further theorizes that Roberts will be tempted to hook up with Grylls during their “romantic African nights in the wild” because she’s “aging” and has “marriage problems.” “This could be the final nail in the coffin of their marriage,” adds the site’s dubious insider.

But what the webloid fails to realize is that Roberts and Grylls already traveled to Africa to tape the special. In fact, the TV personality posted a Twitter photo from their journey nearly a month ago (see above). Obviously, the actress is still very much married to Moder following her trip, which was organized in support of a charity. It should also be noted, Grylls shares three children with his wife of nearly 20 years.

Despite the site’s report being both absurd and inaccurate, Gossip Cop still checked in with a reliable source close to the situation, who exclusive assures us it’s all untrue. Moder wasn’t upset about his wife helping underprivileged people in Africa because she was accompanied by Grylls. We’re also told their marriage is going strong, which Roberts herself indicated in her cover story for People’s 2017 “World’s Most Beautiful Womanissue.

Additionally, this isn’t the first time RadarOnline has baselessly accused the actress of infidelity. Gossip Cop previously busted the site for wrongly reporting that Roberts was caught kissing a “mystery man.” There was no truth to that story, and this latest one is equally bogus.
