Josh Duggar is denying allegations made by porn star Danica Dillon, who says he sexually assaulted her last March after meeting at a Philadelphia strip club. The disgraced former reality star refutes Dillon’s entire account of events, claiming he wasn’t even in the state at the time of the alleged encounter.

As Gossip Cop reported in November, Dillon filed a $500,000 lawsuit against Duggar in which she claims he paid for $600 worth of lap dances at the strip club where she worked, and then “propositioned her for consensual sex,” which she agreed to for $1,500. But in her court filing, Dillon claims that once she and Duggar got to her hotel room, the former “19 Kids And Counting” star sexually assaulted her to the point where she felt “as if she were being raped.” Dillon is seeking restitution for “severe emotional and physical damages,” and says she’s now unable to work due to post-traumatic stress disorder.

On Friday, Duggar responded by filing legal documents that claim he wasn’t even in Pennsylvania at the time of the alleged attack, nor has he ever attended the strip club or hotel where the defendant claims the events occurred.

As Gossip Cop reported, Duggar has been at the center of several sex-related controversies. Last year, it was discovered that when the former reality star was 14-years-old, he sexually abused a number of minors, including his sisters. Shortly after that news broke, Duggar was busted for having two accounts with Ashley Madison, a website for people looking to cheat on their spouses.
