Jordan Fisher Dancing With The Stars

Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold was perfect on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars” semifinals. For their second dance of the night, the pair nailed their “iconic dance,” a jive to Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary.” Watch the video below of their routine.

As Gossip Cop reported earlier, for their first dance of the night, Fisher and Arnold did an Argentine tango that underwhelmed the judges. Len Goodman said Fisher had to “work on the dance.” However, Bruno Tonioli expressed, “I saw your most mature dance so far.” But like Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba felt, “That was not your best.” In keeping with their comments, the dancing pair was awarded 28 out of 30 points.

Despite that setback, Fisher seems to be getting closer and closer to taking home the “Dancing With The Stars” Season 25 mirrorball trophy. Last week, as previously noted, Fisher had back-to-back perfect scores. He first wowed with a quickstep that Goodman gave a standing ovation to. Meanwhile, Tonioli called it “absolutely outstanding,” while Inaba termed it “incredible.”

Later in the show, Fisher and Arnold were joined by Corbin Bleu for a trio salsa to Wisin’s song “Que Viva La Vida.” That also got three straight 10s from the judges. Inaba exclaimed it was “sick,” while Tonioli said it was “phenomenal.”

For his final dance before going into next week’s finals, did a jive to Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary.” The reason it was an iconic dance was because Paige VanZant slayed with her performance of it in May 2016. Following the UFC fighter’s flawless rendition, Inaba praised it for being “incredible,” while Tonioli called it “amazing.”

So, how did Fisher compare? Tonioli shared, “This one topped the original.” Inaba felt, “You nailed it… Amazing!” “They’re have been good jives. They’re have been great jives. Now there’s Jordan’s jive.. The yardstick,” added Goodman. For their effort, Fisher and Arnold received a perfect 30 out of 30 points.
