Seal used the last “America’s Got Talent” Golden Buzzer for singer Johnny Manuel on Tuesday’s show. Watch the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Mel B each hit the Golden Buzzer once during the season 12 auditions to send the act of his or her choice directly to the live shows, skipping the Judge Cuts round. Tyra Banks was allowed to award the advantage, too. Now during Judge Cuts, only the NBC talent competition’s guest judges were able to push the button, securing an act’s spot in the quarterfinals, regardless of how the regular panelists felt.

Chris Hardwick used the Golden Buzzer for 9-year-old singer Angelica Hale. DJ Khaled pushed the Golden Buzzer for singer-songwriter Chase Goehring. And, as seen on last week’s “America’s Got Talent,” Laverne Cox hit the the Golden Buzzer for Celine Tam, who is also a 9-year-old singer. Now for the fourth and final installment of the 2017 Judge Cuts, it was up to Seal to decide who would be the last contestant to win the Golden Buzzer. And it was Manuel who impressed him the most.

As Gossip Cop reported, Manuel stunned with “I Have Nothing” during his “AGT” audition, which aired in late June. The singer explained he used to be known as Lil Johnny, 14-year-old performer who worked with Diddy and toured with *NSYNC. But by age 17, he was dropped by his label and back to being a normal kid. At the NBC talent competition, he wanted a second chance at achieving his dream, this time at 32 years old.

Though he didn’t win a Golden Buzzer last time around, his performance easily solidified him as one of season 12’s frontrunners. Now for his call-back, he showed once again why he is already a favorite. For this performance, Manuel sang “Lately” by Stevie Wonder, shortly after naming the music icon as the artist he aspires to be like. As he belted the track, the audience cheered and the camera also showed the panelists smiling. Mel B even gave a standing ovation.

“I just think that you are amazing. It’s just flawless. I wouldn’t change a thing,” Mel B gushed. Klum also told Manuel, “You just have such a gift. I mean you’re just born with this. You move me, you move all of us.” Then Cowell partially rained on the parade. “I think you missed the point by singing a Stevie Wonder song,” the music mogul said, arguing that no one can sing that track better than Wonder himself.

Cowell even said, “I thought it was quite annoying. I like, Johnny, when you do something we don’t expect, whereas I’ve seen a lot of people do Stevie Wonder like that.” He then asked Manuel to sing 30 seconds of his audition song, Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing.” He did and killed it, even without a backing track. “Even from what I just heard there, honestly, you are one of the best singers in the competition, so thank you,” Cowell told him afterward.

Seal further said, “You hit notes that I can only dream of… Simon said to you, ‘Give me something a cappella’ and you didn’t flinch. You just gave an incredible rendition. So I’m gonna have to…” And with that, as the audience urged him on, the music icon hit the Golden Buzzer. Check out the video below!
