Johanna Quaas, the world’s oldest gymnast, was surprised by Simone Biles on Wednesday’s “Little Big Shots: Forever Young.” Watch the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, “Forever Young” is a spinoff of Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Harvey’s “Little Big Shots.” Instead of featuring young kids with extraordinary talents, the show highlights those who are older but still young at heart. At 91 years old, Quaas certainly fits the bill.

The limber senior citizen began doing gymnastics way back in 1934. In the decades since, she’s participated in more than 500 competitions and won 30 championships. For the last five years, the Guinness Book of World Records has officially certified her as the world’s oldest gymnast. And on the NBC variety show, she showed off her moves.

For her spirited routine in front of the studio audience, Quaas pulled off somersaults, cartwheels and a turn on the parallel bars. With every new stunt, host Harvey looked stunned and the crowd cheered in amazement. The German athlete didn’t even appear to break a sweat. “I think she deserves an honor from us,” the comedian said afterward.

When he then introduced Biles, Quaas looked positively delighted. The Olympian bestowed her fellow gymnast with a special medal, and Quaas adorably pulled Biles up to share the pedestal with her. Watching the performance backstage, “I was speechless,” the teen admitted. “I hope I can even walk at 90 years old.”

Biles added, “She’s amazing and she’s a true inspiration to everyone. And we watch her videos. The Olympic team watches her videos.” With the help of a translator, Quaas got the message. Check out the sweet videos below! NOTE: The video is no longer available.
