A new report alleging Jennifer Hudson is a "nightmare" to work with on the set of NBC's "The Voice" is entirely untrue. The article claims the singer is causing drama behind-the-scenes of the reality competition show due to her supposed bad attitude, but there's no truth to any of it. Gossip Cop can exclusively set the record straight.
Hudson, who previously served as a coach on "The Voice UK," has joined the 13th season of the U.S. installment alongside veterans Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Miley Cyrus. But a supposed "on-set source" now tells RadarOnline that the singer isn't getting along with anyone at the show. "Jennifer takes diva to a whole new level this season," the alleged insider says. "No one can tolerate her and she literally starts screaming whenever she doesn't get her way!"
The outlet's dubious source continues, "She thinks because she won on 'The Voice UK' that she is going to win this one, too. Jennifer is not backing down to anyone and will do whatever it takes to win." The seemingly nonexistent insider goes on to claim Hudson "is butting heads with all three of the judges, as well as the contestants and the production staff." "She's been extremely disruptive to production, causing unnecessary delays," the alleged "snitch" adds. "She thinks that everything should revolve around her and has come into this season with such a sense of entitlement. Everyone is really hoping that this season will be her last."
It should be noted, Gossip Cop busted RadarOnline's sister publication, Star, for falsely claiming earlier this year that Hudson acted like a "diva" on the set of "The Voice UK." That story was total nonsense, so we had our doubts about these latest accusations. As expected, a rep for Hudson exclusively assures us, "This couldn't be further from the truth. Frankly, the claims are laughable." An NBC insider similarly assures us the show's cast and crew all get along well. Additionally, filming started a couple of months ago and no other reputable outlet has reported any on-set issues.
Of course, we're not surprised by RadarOnline's phony article. Gossip Cop recently busted the site for falsely claiming Hudson is in a feud with Kelly Clarkson, who's joining "The Voice" in 2018 when her fellow "American Idol" alum exits. The site said the two refused to work together, but that's not at all the reason the singers aren't appearing on the same season. This latest article is more lies from the untrustworthy webloid.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
