One of this week's tabloids claims Jennifer Garner is pregnant with boyfriend John Miller's baby and the two are in the process of planning a wedding. Gossip Cop can debunk the phony story. We've learned the actress isn't expecting a child or getting married at this time.
According to OK!, however, the Cali Group CEO recently proposed to the actress, who's also carrying his baby. A supposed source tells the magazine, "They're keeping it on the down-low. Friends are buzzing that Jen's already in the early stages of pregnancy with a baby girl."
The questionable insider continues, "In recent weeks, she's been wearing over-size sweaters and loose-fitting clothing, her skin is glowing and she's been shopping for pink onesies." The alleged tipster further contends that Miller has been "constantly putting his arms around Jen's stomach, like a protective father-to-be."
The suspicious source goes on to say that Garner and Miller are making plans for their "dream wedding," which will be "a low-key family affair with just a few close friends, including Reese Witherspoon, Bradley Cooper and Kate Hudson." Garner and Miller's kids from previous marriages "will be involved too," according to the seemingly phony source.
None of this is true. Although Garner and Miller's relationship has gotten more serious over the past few months, they're not headed down the aisle anytime soon. "Entertainment Tonight," a much more reliable celebrity news outlet than OK!, recently reported that "neither of them are ready to plan a wedding or get engaged." The trusted outlet further noted that Garner "has no interest in jumping into marriage."
Meanwhile, Garner herself said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" back in 2013 that she's "done" having children. The actress, who shares three kids with ex-husband Ben Affleck, told the talk show host, "We have provided the world with enough."
Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Garner, who wasn't able to speak on the record, but assures us the magazine's report is "untrue." The actress isn't pregnant or planning a wedding. The claim otherwise is baseless.
It's worth noting, OK! already claimed last December that Garner was pregnant with Miller's baby. That article said the actress conceived around Thanksgiving of last year, and Affleck had even congratulated his ex-wife on the supposed news. This latest story, which says Garner is only in the "early stages" of pregnancy, makes no mention of what happened to her baby from several months ago. That's because she wasn't pregnant then and she's not expecting now.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
