Jennifer Garner has recently been pregnant with a lot of babies in the world of the tabloids. In reality, though, the actress has three children with ex-husband Ben Affleck and hasn't expanded her family. Here are a few wrong rumors claiming otherwise.
In March, Gossip Cop busted OK! for falsely claiming Garner was pregnant with boyfriend John Miller's baby. According to the magazine, the actress was also planning a wedding with the Cali Group CEO in addition to carrying his child. Not only did a source close to the actress assure us the story was made-up, but "Entertainment Tonight" reported around the same time that Garner "has no interest in jumping into marriage" with her boyfriend. The actress is still dating Miller, but she's certainly not having his child.
Last December, OK! made up a story about Affleck congratulating Garner on being "pregnant" with her boyfriend's baby. The outlet contended that the actress's ex-husband took the supposed baby news "surprisingly well" and was supporting her through the process. Gossip Cop, however, was told on the record by Garner's spokesperson that the report was bogus. Affleck never "congratulated" his ex-wife on a nonexistent pregnancy.
Gossip Cop called out the National Enquirer last November for wrongly reporting the reason Garner finalized her divorce from Affleck was because she was expecting a baby with Miller. At the time the story was published, the actress had only been dating the CEO for a few months and their relationship wasn't very serious yet. The bogus narrative was created simply because the news of Garner's new boyfriend came shortly after the actress finalized her divorce. Garner's decision to close the chapter on her marriage to Affleck wasn't sparked by an imaginary child.
And finally, Gossip Cop busted Star last July for concocting a tall tale about Garner and Lindsay Shookus, who was dating Affleck at the time, both being pregnant with his babies. The magazine claimed the actor had been hooking up with his ex and his then-girlfriend at the same time, resulting in them both expecting his children. Separate reps for both Garner and Affleck dismissed the absurd story, with the actor's spokesperson telling us it was "crazy" to the point of being "amusing almost."
As time has proven, neither Affleck's ex-wife or his ex-girlfriend have given birth. It should also be noted, Garner said in a 2013 interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she's done having kids. That alone discredits every story cited above.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
