Jennifer Aniston did not get a "revenge makeover" because Justin Theroux is "dating" Emma Stone, despite a tabloid report that's false on every level. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this story. It's nothing but lies.
According to the National Enquirer, Aniston spent $500,000 undergoing "a complete overhaul" of her body after seeing photos of her estranged husband spending time with Stone in France over Memorial Day weekend. What the magazine doesn't mention is that the two are ambassadors of Louis Vuitton and went to Europe in support of a fashion show for the brand. The outlet also fails to note that Theroux and Stone were accompanied by a group of other people involved in the event.
Still, the unreliable tabloid insists that Aniston has gotten "lip injections, fillers, breast implants and a brand new wardrobe" in the short time since Theroux and Stone visited France. The magazine adds, "Her about face came after news that Justin was dating Emma Stone and two other beauties." For starters, Theroux isn't in a romance with Stone. As for these "two other beauties," the outlet doesn't mention who they are or when he supposedly dated them.
The publication is hiding behind anonymous and untraceable "sources," but Aniston's spokesperson says on the record that the report is "absurd." It's also based on an entirely false premise. Theroux and Stone are just friends, as their mutual pal Jonathan Van Ness recently confirmed to E! News. "They're friends... Men and women can be friends and it can just be friendly," said the "Queer Eye" star. Meanwhile, a source close to Stone told us last week, "There is no relationship between Emma and Justin... They are just friends and colleagues."
Additionally, Aniston herself has said she's "not a fan" of plastic surgery. The actress revealed in a 2015 interview that she does get some cosmetic procedures, but they're "noninvasive" treatments such as lasers and facials. She added, "People lose perspective. I look around and see how bad plastic surgery and injections can really kick you in the [expletive]."
It should also be noted, this narrative about a "revenge makeover" isn't original. Last month, Gossip Cop busted the Enquirer's sister outlet, OK!, for falsely claiming Aniston was getting $1 million in plastic surgery following her split from Theroux. In that version of the story, the actress became determined to get a makeover after seeing her estranged husband at a birthday party for Jimmy Kimmel's son. As widely reported, the exes attended the party at separate times.
The Enquirer is now using Stone as a jumping off point to recycle the phony premise, but none if it's based in reality. Aniston didn't get a "revenge makeover" of any kind, let alone one to get back at Theroux and Stone, who aren't dating.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
