Did Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux split due to “jealousy” over “other women”? A report claims the actress “believes” he “dumped her for another woman.” Gossip Cop, however, can bust the story.

In the wake of Aniston and Theroux announcing their separation, Life & Style is claiming the breakup is due to “her jealousy and his flirty relationships with other women.” A so-called “friend” is quoted as saying, “He’s a classic ladies’ man and flirt, and it has always driven her up the wall.” Gossip Cop is going to pause here to point out that no “friend” of the couple’s would be talking to the gossip media, particularly a tabloid that falsely claimed Aniston and Theroux were divorcing in February 2017, a full year before their actual split.

In fact, Life & Style is now crowing that it “told you first” about Aniston and Theroux’s split, because its cover last week, “Jen’s Nightmare: Dumped On Her 49th Birthday,” came out one day before the stars released the statement announcing their separation. What the gossip magazine is failing to mention is that it published a nearly identical cover last year that wrongly declared, “Jen’s Worst Nightmare: Dumped On Her 48th Birthday.” The outlet didn’t have real insight then or now. It simply recycled the same concept and, in coincidental timing, she and Theroux happen to be actually splitting.

The publication didn’t rightly predict a breakup. It manufactured one, just as it did in years past. Let’s not forget other old made-up cover stories like “Dumped On Her Wedding Day” and “Dumped After 21 Days.” (See photo gallery below.) It’s important to keep all that in mind as the tabloid pretends to have inside knowledge on what’s really going on now.

“The biggest problem Jen had was the other women in Justin’s life,” contends the magazine, referencing his supposedly “flirty encounters” with Sofia Boutella, Naomi Watts, Margaret Qualley and Liv Tyler. These are untrue claims that the outlet has been peddling since at least 2014, and Gossip Cop busted each at the time they were originally published. They do not explain Aniston and Theroux’s split now in 2018.

The publication goes on to deem Theroux’s ex, Heidi Bivens, “another sore point” for Aniston, with the purported pal contending, “Her worst nightmare is that he dumped her for Heidi. It would be the ultimate public humiliation.” The National Enquirer already tried pushing this Bivens storyline last week, alleging Theroux and Aniston split over his “other woman.” As his rep told Gossip Cop, however, such claims were “absolutely false.” Bivens had nothing to do with the breakup, nor did any other third party.

When Aniston and Theroux announced their separation, they warned against “fictional narratives.” That’s exactly what these stories are. Life & Style hasn’t had reliable information on the couple in all these years, and Gossip Cop is told it still doesn’t now.
