Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s divorce is on hold? That’s what a certain tabloid wants readers to believe. Gossip Cop, however, can expose what’s really going on.

It’s alleged in the new issue of In Touch, “After months apart, Jennifer Aniston gives Justin Theroux another chance as he returns home to save their marriage.” According to the magazine, now that they’ve spent the holidays together, the actress has “hope” for the future of their relationship. A so-called “friend” is quoted as saying, “Justin appeared just as overjoyed to see her as she was to see him.”

“And when he told her that he wanted to spend the holidays totally dedicated to quality time with her, she was beyond thrilled,” continues the supposed friend. Now, says the outlet’s source, Aniston has “put the divorce on hold to see once and for all if her husband can settle down and start behaving like a married man.”

With the couple “reunited” and “recommitted,” it’s said the marriage has a “fighting chance.” “She can’t imagine going through the pain of another high-profile divorce,” the tipster says of Aniston. But, if Theroux doesn’t stay on his best behavior, the snitch says “she may have no choice but to call it quits for good.”

Here’s the real deal: In Touch has spent ALL of 2016 claiming Aniston and Theroux were on the brink of divorce. Gossip Cop has busted variations of this allegation nearly 10 times this year. But now that the couple is clearly still together, the publication is saying they’ve simply put the divorce on hold.

That’s the tabloid’s way of brushing over all its wrong reports. And by throwing in at the end that Aniston just may end up pulling the plug on the marriage anyway, In Touch has set up its next round of divorce stories for the new year. It’s all transparent and pathetic.

Aniston and Theroux were never divorcing, so there is no divorce to suddenly call off. All we have is one very out-of-touch magazine.
