Jennifer Aniston is not dating a mysterious multi-billionaire she met through a high-end dating agency, despite a false report. Gossip Cop can debunk the story. We’ve learned it’s completely untrue.
The premise is coming from NW, which quotes a supposed source as saying, “Jennifer has been on some dates with this guy, whose identity is a sworn secret for now. It’s early days, but she’s smitten and is telling friends there’s potential for something long-term.” The outlet contends that both the actress and the mysterious suitor used the same dating agency, which earned $750,000 for setting the two up on their first date.
The kicker in this story is the fact that NW claims to have an exclusive interview with the unknown billionaire. The magazine won’t identify the man, but quotes him as saying, “I’ll change her life in the most positive way forever. I may not have Brad Pitt’s looks, but I know how to treat a woman properly. And the word cheating is not in my dictionary.”
According to the tabloid, the unidentified billionaire is promising to do whatever it takes to earn the actress’ hand, including even going as far as forking over “half of my fortune if she agrees to be with me forever.” Aniston’s seemingly imaginary boyfriend adds, “And the fact she does yoga is a huge plus. I do it six times a week. I want to convince her to slow down on her career and travel the world with me.”
The alleged mystery man adds, “I want to make all her dreams come true. I’d have 10 kids, if that’s what she wants. I want to make her forget [Pitt] and heal properly. And I want her to meet a real man, a man who will treat her like a queen and be a true life partner.”
Gossip Cop checked in with Aniston’s spokesperson, who tells us on the record that the story is a “complete fabrication.” We should also note that $750,000 dating agencies for the rich and famous don’t seem to exist. Also, we sincerely hope this is just the work of a very bored NW writer because it reads like something from a stalker, not a suave billionaire.
The story isn’t even is consistent. It starts with Aniston apparently feeling like it’ll be a long-term relationship before jumping to the “billionaire” ranting about how he wants to prove himself to her. Wouldn’t he already be in the process of doing that? Wouldn’t delivering this bizarre monologue without Aniston’s knowledge blow his chances of winning her over?
This love letter of sorts reads like something from a crazed Stephen King antagonist, not someone shrewd and smart enough to make billions of dollars. The tabloid even points to Tesla and SpaceX head Elon Musk and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey as possible IDs for the suitor. Neither one of those men has ever said anything remotely similar, in style or substance, to what this article contains.
While the creativity is there, the merest hint of reality is not. Besides, the tabloid doesn’t even bother to address how Aniston could’ve been dating the billionaire if, as they claimed back in June, she was fighting Lady Gaga over Bradley Cooper. Of course, it never answered the question of what happened to Pitt’s “love child” that “devastated” Aniston last year, either. Gossip Cop will keep busting these stories, no matter how bizarre.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
