Jennifer Aniston has never met Brad Pitt's six kids, despite countless tabloid stories falsely claiming otherwise. Gossip Cop has debunked many variations of this phony narrative. Here are five wrong rumors on the subject.
Last December, Gossip Cop busted In Touch for falsely claiming Aniston would be spending Christmas with Pitt and his children, and was also pregnant with her ex-husband's baby. Every aspect of the story was untrue. Separate reps for both stars have assured us countless times that they're not back together. The actress certainly wasn't expecting Pitt's child and she never spent the holidays with him and his kids either. Shortly after we debunked the story, People magazine reported that the movie star "spent a low-key Christmas" with several of his kids in Los Angeles.
Gossip Cop called out NW last September for making up a story about Angelina Jolie warning Aniston to stay away from her kids. According to the magazine, the "Friends" star had been hanging out with Pitt and his kids, and Jolie became enraged after learning the actress was "playing stepmom to her children." Aniston's own spokesperson, however, told us on the record that the story was completely fabricated. Jolie never confronted the actress over an imaginary scenario.
In April of last year, Gossip Cop debunked a Woman's Day story about Pitt taking Aniston and his six kids on a trip to Chateau Miraval, the French estate he owns with Jolie. An unnamed source was quoted as saying, "It's going to be very strange for Brad to be there with Jen and the kids, but it's the perfect place for them all to escape for a while and spend some quality time together." Separate reps for both Pitt and Aniston assured us they weren't back together or planning a trip to the actor's home in France. The getaway simply never happened.
New Idea claimed in March 2018 that Pitt had called Aniston a "great mom" to his kids. The story was predicated on the false notion that the ex-spouses had rekindled a romance, which wasn't the case. Still, an alleged source maintained that the actress had "formed a very special bond" with her ex-husband's children. Separate spokespeople for both stars told Gossip Cop the narrative was total fiction.
And in January 2018, In Touch kicked off this ongoing storyline about Aniston meeting Pitt's kids. The tabloid contended that the actress stopped by her ex-husband's house to give him a book on interior design, but was surprised to discover that his children were there. "The kids knew who Jen was and were familiar with her from TV and magazine photos, but they treated her like a normal friend of their father's," an anonymous insider told the outlet. Pitt's rep assured Gossip Cop the report was "100 percent false." The actress never visited her ex-husband's house or had a surprise interaction with his children.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
