Jamie Foxx did not "betray" Katie Holmes, according to his rep, despite a new tabloid cover story. The article is filled with alleged details about an unnamed "Russian mistress," but the spokesperson exclusively tells Gossip Cop the claims are "fabricated."
The sensational new cover of the National Enquirer declares, "Jamie Foxx Twisted Double Life Breaks Katie's Heart." The headline of the article inside the issue further blares, "Love Rat Jamie Tears Katie's Heart Apart!" According to the accompanying story, the "devastated" actress has been "betrayed by womanizing cad" Foxx, whose "twisted double life includes a Russian mistress" and "two love children." For the record, the "two love children" are Foxx's daughters Corrine and Annalise, to whom he is fiercely devoted.
As for Holmes, the supermarket tabloid claims she and Foxx "confirmed their relationship with a romantic seaside stroll" earlier this month," but asserts "their smitten smiles hide a romance that's been rocked by Jamie's depraved behavior." The gossip magazine specifically accuses Foxx of "cheating with a Russian mistress," whom he would "sneak into his sprawling L.A. sex den." "He was seeing another woman at the same time as Katie," a so-called "mole" contends to the outlet, which even alleges Foxx "would barely have time to change the bedsheets" while juggling hookups with both women.
"She was Russian and much younger than him. It was awkward. Jamie would try and rush them in and out so nobody would catch him," claims the alleged tipster, while another purported "source" supposedly tells the publication, "It seemed like Katie's world was crumbling when she realized Jamie had been leading a double life. It's amazing how narrowly she had missed Jamie's other woman." Notably, that "mistress" is never named, nor is it said how Holmes supposedly found out about the woman's alleged existence. The tabloid concludes its wild story by quoting one of its "sources" as saying of a "betrayed and broken" Holmes, "It's too late to call everything off — now that their relationship is out in the open — but if he lies to her one more time, she'll walk."
But Foxx and Holmes' "relationship" isn't "out in the open," nor did they "confirm their relationship." As Gossip Cop has repeatedly reported, the two went for a walk on the beach but had no idea their photo was being taken by a paparazzo using a long lens. They've made no statement about being a couple and aren't going to because their dynamic is completely casual. And it's for that reason that Holmes isn't actually "devastated" about anything Foxx has or hasn't done. There's no serious relationship here. What's more is that a rep for the actor tells Gossip Cop this cover story was "completely fabricated."
It's worth noting the National Enquirer actually has a history of fabricating stories about Foxx, as well as Holmes. For instance, back in 2015, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for a Holmes-Foxx "marriage and baby" tale. In 2016, the outlet actually claimed Foxx and Holmes were "secretly married," a contention that's noticeably missing from this new article. And in April of 2017, we debunked a piece falsely alleging Foxx was going to adopt Holmes' daughter, Suri. All of these stories have been phony, and it seems this is another one to add to the trash heap.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
