Is Katie Holmes furious about Jamie Foxx and Charlize Theron allegedly flirting at last month's Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor boxing match? One of the news tabloids claims Holmes is jealous of the supposed PDA at the sporting event, but Gossip Cop has the truth.

Foxx and Theron sat together at the Mayweather-McGregor fight in Las Vegas, prompting In Touch to insist Holmes is upset about their interaction. A supposed "eyewitness" at the arena tells the magazine, "Jamie was all over Charlize in front of thousands of people. They were giggling and flirting all night. At one point, Jamie gave Charlize a massage, rubbing her back and shoulders." The outlet's dubious insider adds, "Charlize liked it so much that she actually pulled her hair up so he could rub her neck."

The seemingly phony source goes on to say Holmes "was angry and really hurt" when she heard about the actor's alleged dalliance with Theron, adding, "Katie is very much in love with Jamie and has always wanted to be exclusive with him. But he treats her like a booty call." The "insider" continues, "This is the ultimate insult for Katie. Jamie needs to be more respectful or he will lose her for good."

But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Holmes, who exclusively assures us she wasn't jealous of Foxx and Theron sitting together at the boxing match. A separate insider further tells us Foxx and Theron have been friends for years and weren't getting touchy-feely during the fight. This is simply a non-story designed to create a nonexistent love triangle.

Unfortunately, In Touch has repeatedly published phony stories regarding the nature of Foxx and Holmes' relationship, so this latest fabrication isn't surprising. Gossip Cop previously busted the tabloid for falsely claiming Foxx was renting out Dinseyland for a date night with the actress. We also previously called out the publication for wrongly reporting Holmes and Foxx were getting secretly married. This latest article throwing Theron into the mix is equally bogus.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
