Caitlyn Jenner’s road trip to San Francisco with her transgender girlfriends, including pal Candis Cayne, continues on Sunday’s episode of “I Am Cait,” and the group talks about a number of things including issues trans women face and sex.

During the third episode, Jenner and her friends are at an LGBTQ center where a woman named Blossom opens up about not getting into nursing school because she was a trans woman. Jenner was so moved by Blossom’s story that she tells one of her “I Am Cait” producers she wants to help Blossom get on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Jenner also volunteers to pay for Blossom to go to school. Jenner’s friends are moved by her urge to help, but still worry about her being representative for the transgender community. “Cait, she has the biggest heart and she wants to help everyone,” says Chandi Moore, adding, “But she can’t save the world. She has to work on one person at a time.”

Next, the ladies go roller skating to help them relax and have fun, and Jenner invites Blossom to tag along with them. Later, the girls take another trip to a villa in Sonoma where Jenner opens up to Cayne and Moore about how she’s not ready to go home because she’s always being hounded by the paparazzi. “I’ve been thinking, ‘Damn, I’m feeling way too comfortable. I’ve been comfortable by myself my entire life. This trip I’ve been not in my house and I’ve been out feeling extraordinarily comfortable being myself, and to be honest with you, it’s scary,” says Jenner, adding, “Because I’m already thinking, ‘I don’t wanna go back there… I don’t wanna go back home.’”

In her confessional Jenner explains,“I am really enjoying the peace and quiet up here. It is so nice to be free. In L.A., I have the media coming after me, and there is NO privacy.” She adds, “Hey, I get it, I’m doing this very publicly, so I can understand that. But it also can drive you crazy.”

A few scenes later, Jenner asks her friend Jen Richards to help her pick out a bathing suit to wear in the pool. In last week’s episode Jenner revealed to her friends she had never wore a bathing suit before because she wasn’t ready to “expose” herself. However, on Sunday’s episode, Jenner finally mustered up the courage and opts for a white one-piece bathing suit. “Putting on that bathing suit represents a lot to me,” says Jenner during the confessional, noting, “[It’s] kind of scary because you’re exposing yourself.” After finally walking outside in her one-piece, Jenner tells the camera, “Ok, I did it. I got the bathing suit on. It was nerve racking, but it felt very free.” Jenner also notes after seeing her reflection she “looked pretty good.”

Also during the episode, Jenner and her friends are at a dinner party when the conversation turns to love and sex. Most of the women reveal they like men, while Jenner admits she’s “never been with a man.” However, when asked if she’s attracted to guys, Jenner responds, “I don’t know.” She tells her friends, “I got bigger things than an orgasm to worry about.” Jenner then notes, “You would feel more feminine if you’re with a guy. I appreciate the male form.” Even though the reality star isn’t sure whether she’d date men or women, Jenner does tell her girlfriends she would rather wait to start a romance until she has “the right parts.” Of course, Jenner is referring to having not yet undergone sex reassignment surgery.

The episode ends with Jenner and her friends bonding over an outside dinner, but Jennifer Boylan tells the former athlete she’s worried Jenner is starting to cut off the friends she made before her transition. In the end, Jenner tries to work on her friendship with Ronda Kamihira, Kris Jenner’s ex-assistant, who often took Jenner to her doctor’s appointments and kept her transition a secret for years from the public.
