A new report claiming to know how Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx kept their secret "romance hidden" is nothing more than another fake news story from HollywoodLife. What's more is that even a casual observer of celebrity news can tell that the website's report is made-up and filled with erroneous claims. Still, Gossip Cop investigated and learned that contrary to the outlet's assertion, no one close to either star is leaking such information to the untrustworthy blog.
In it latest report, the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies alleges that a so-called "source" tells the outlet that Holmes and Foxx hid their relationship by having "romantic, sleepovers together at her Calabasas mansion where Jamie would leave early in the morning before anyone noticed he was even there." Of course, if the blog really had an insider, wouldn't it have broken stories about Foxx and Holmes before pictures emerged of them on a Malibu beach, instead of suddenly out-of-the-blue having insight into their supposed "romance" and churning out one questionable "exclusive" after another? In fact, prior to the pictures, the site actually published a slew of provably wrong stories, including claiming in 2016 that Foxx and Holmes were engaged.
To Gossip Cop, it seems everyone should realize at this point that HollywoodLife seemingly is making up fake news about Foxx and Holmes. However, for those who still are unsure, the webloid writes in its current piece of fiction that Holmes and her ex-husband Tom Cruise "still work together to co-parent their precious daughter Suri." The clearly unreliable blog adds that Suri has "even given her stamp of approval" to her mom's relationship with Foxx.
A person would have to live under a rock to not know that far from co-parenting Suri, Cruise has not had any contact with his daughter in years. Additionally, as Gossip Cop previously reported, Suri has never met Foxx nor has she given "her stamp of approval" to him. HollywoodLies printed that falsehood in yet another fabricated article that contended Fox was like a father to Suri.
That wasn't true and neither is this new story that alleges to know how Holmes and Foxx hid their secret romance. As actual insiders have told Gossip Cop, Foxx and Holmes' relationship is far more casual that what's being reported. They see each other occasionally, but there are no "sleepovers" at Holmes's house.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
