Hayley Hasselhoff, the daughter of former “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff, has pled no contest to DUI following her arrest last month for drinking and driving. As part of the 24-year-old actress’s plea deal, she’s being sentenced to three years probation, and will have to pay a $390 fine and attend a 90-day alcohol program. Hasselhoff will also be forced to blow into a breathalyzer system installed in her car before she can start the ignition.

As Gossip Cop reported, Hasselhoff was arrested for a DUI in May after being found passed out in her Mercedes on an off-ramp on Los Angeles’ 101 Freeway. When the police arrived at the scene, they administered a field sobriety test because she reeked of alcohol. After having failed the test, the actress was taken to a local hospital by paramedics. Following her release from the medical center, Hasselhoff was transported to a jail, where she was booked and placed behind bars.

It’s unclear whether or not the situation was Hasselhoff’s second DUI. She was arrested in February 2013 for what was reported as a drunk driving incident, but she and her attorney denied the claims, insisting she was simply busted by the police for speeding.

Hasselhoff’s mother, Pamela Bach, has been arrested on two occasions for DUI. The first offense was in 2009, and the second was just one year later. The actress’s famous father has fought alcoholism as well. In 2007, a video went viral of the actor shirtless and drunk while eating a hamburger on the floor. Hasselhoff has not yet commented on her plea deal.
