Harry Styles did not find a mysterious pair of fishnet stockings in his luggage, despite a new and ridiculous tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct this latest fabrication. We're told it's "false."
According to the National Enquirer, the singer was "scrummaging" through his luggage when he suddenly "caressed the sexy, silken touch" of a pair of women's fishnet stockings. In bizarrely unnatural language, the outlet's so-called "source" is quoted as saying, "It's just driving him nuts, trying to figure out how these sexy hose suddenly and mysteriously showed up in his luggage after he returned from a tour of the town." The publication's questionable insider goes on to claim, "Harry's pals are in stitches because he not only can't figure out where they came from, he's wondering if the hose are those of a real honey, or whether he's the victim of a lame prank devised by one of his jokester mates." "So far, no one's 'fessed up," adds the seemingly non-existent source.
But, there's nothing to confess. The story is made-up. In addition to the quotes being entirely fake, the Enquirer has no specifics about when or where Styles supposedly found the "mysterious" pair of stockings. Regardless of the sketchiness of the tabloid's tale, Gossip Cop investigated and a source close to Styles tells us the report is 100 percent "false." It simply never happened.
Oddly, this isn't the first time the supermarket tabloid has created a bogus and frankly ludicrous story about the former One Direction star. A few weeks ago, Gossip Cop corrected the publication when it falsely alleged Styles was upset when his housekeeper threw out his underwear. We also busted the tabloid for wrongly claiming Styles was "propositioned" for gay sex in the men's restroom of a Los Angeles restaurant. Much like those articles, this latest one is equally untrue.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
