Is Halle Berry desperately trying to win back ex-boyfriend Alex Da Kid? One of the new tabloids claims the actress has been inundating the music producer with texts, phone calls and emails since their split. Gossip Cop can exclusively set the record straight.

Berry and Alex Da Kid broke up earlier this month after five months of dating, with the split coming just days after they vacationed together in Bora Bora. OK! is now wrongly reporting that the actress is having trouble letting go of the relationship. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Halle thought she had Alex wrapped around her finger, so she’s having a hard time accepting that they’re over.”

The outlet’s alleged insider adds, “She’s incredibly needy and wants him to listen to her troubles. There’s no hard feelings, but he only picks up the phone because if he doesn’t, she’ll just keep calling.” However, there’s one major issue with the outlet’s inaccurate report: Berry was the one who called off the romance. Gossip Cop previously learned that the actress initiated the breakup, which has been confirmed by other outlets as well.

Regardless, we’re also assured in background by a source close to Berry that she hasn’t been hounding her ex-boyfriend with messages, and the claim otherwise is simply “not true.” In fact, Gossip Cop also recently busted MediaTakeOut for falsely claiming that Alex Da Kid dumped Berry, despite it happening the other way around. That site even alleged that the music producer ditched his ex for a “young white girl,” but that’s not what occurred.

Additionally, OK! is hardly a reliable source when it comes to getting accurate news about the actress’s love life. Gossip Cop previously debunked the tabloid’s ridiculous story about Berry posting sexy Instagram photos to find a boyfriend. This latest article is more lies from the frequently discredited outlet.
