A story about how Gwen Stefani's sons are "excited" for Blake Shelton's return to "The Voice" is made-up. Gossip Cop is told no one in their camps are talking about her children to the media. An insider assures us it's "BS."

According to the manure factory known as HollywoodLife, Stefani's boys "love" watching Shelton on TV. A so-called "source close to the couple" is quoted as saying that Stefani's sons "Kingston and Zuma love a bunch of things about Blake... But one thing that they really love is watching him on TV." "They think that it is super cool and they enjoy watching 'The Voice' to see him on it," adds the supposed "source."

Gossip Cop is told what they love more than watching Shelton on TV is actually spending time with him. It's also a bit odd that Stefani's kids would be so blown away by seeing Shelton on "The Voice." Zuma, Kingston and their sibling Apollo are the children of two rock stars, who are always photographed and have been on TV on numerous occasions. Additionally, the boys' own mom was on "The Voice," which arguably is even cooler than her boyfriend being on it.

Regardless, an actual insider tells Gossip Cop no one in either of Shelton or Stefani's inner circles are speaking to HollywoodLies, as it's known, and most especially about her children. Of course the site has a long history of fabricating stories about the couple. And it's been caught many times for telling tale and (untrue) tales.

If HollywoodLies really had any sources "close to the couple" if would not have published its 100 percent fictitious article about how Stefani and Shelton had split a few months ago. Gossip Cop also busted Hollywood for claiming Shelton and Stefani were married. The outlet seems to maintain a lot of things under the guise of having a "source," but as Gossip Cop has repeatedly shown, the blog is often wrong. So either the website is making up stories or it's publishing reports from unreliable sources. Whatever the case may be, we're told by an impeccable insider that the latest claim involving Shelton and Stefani's sons is "BS."

Our Verdict
