Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are fighting over where to live when they get married before the end of this year, claims a new tabloid report. But Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this story. We’re told it’s “all untrue.”

According to In Touch, Stefani and Shelton have begun to “clash over where to start their life together.” The tabloid contends they’re arguing whether they should “put down permanent roots” in California or Oklahoma. A so-called “insider” tells the publication, “Where they are going to live has become an issue.”

Shelton “doesn’t want to live in LA full-time after he marries Gwen,” writes the magazine, which then quotes its supposed source as saying, Stefani “feels she could never ditch California and live in Oklahoma as a full-time resident.” “Her parents live [in Los Angeles]. The boys are in school there and all their friends are there,” adds the tabloid’s alleged “insider.” And Stefani “doesn’t want to take the boys away from their dad,” Gavin Rossdale, who also makes Los Angeles his home, says the outlet.

The publication’s questionable source asserts, “At heart, Blake is a very simple guy who loves to hunt and spend time on his ranch,” which is why Stefani allegedly suggested as a compromise “moving out of Beverly Hills and into a nearby place like Hidden Hills, which is known as horse country because of its sprawling ranches.” “But Blake argues that it would still be California,” claims the tabloid’s “insider.”

Basically, the only thing that’s accurate in the In Touch article is that Shelton has a massive place in Oklahoma and Stefani has a house in Los Angeles. They are not, however, fighting over where to live. A rep for Stefani exclusively tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s story is “all untrue.”

The falsity of the publication’s latest article should come as no surprise to anyone. Remember, this is the same outlet Gossip Cop was first to correct when it wrongly reported nine months ago on its cover that Stefani was pregnant with Shelton’s baby. In addition to debunking more inaccurate pregnancy stories, we’ve also busted the tabloid for untrue stories about their relationship and marriage plans, including a December cover that misguidedly alleged Stefani was eloping with Shelton. Time has repeatedly proven Gossip Cop right and reliable and the magazine wrong and untrustworthy.
