Sunday’s 2016 Golden Globes will honor the best in television and film, and Gossip Cop has a full list of the winners! Stay tuned.

As Gossip Cop reported, the nominees for the 73rd Golden Globe Awards were announced in December, with Carol scoring the most nominations with five nods. The critically-acclaimed film is up for the biggest award of the night, Best Motion Picture – Drama. It is competing against Mad Max: Fury Road, The Revenant, Room, and Spotlight. The contenders for Best Motion Picture – Comedy Or Musical are The Big Short, Joy, The Martian, Spy, and Trainwreck.

On the television side, the top category is Best Series – Drama. The nominees are “Empire,” “Game of Thrones,” “Mr. Robot,” “Narcos,” and “Outlander.” For the equivalent Comedy category, “Casual, “Mozart In The Jungle,” “Silicon Valley,” “Transparent,” “Orange Is The New Black,” and “Veep” are all in contention.

There are 25 categories in all, with 14 for film and 11 for television. Winners are chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The night’s only special honor, the Cecill B. DeMille Award, will go to Denzel Washington. The ceremony is slated to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Gossip Cop will be updating the winners list live as each category is announced.
