Faith Hill is not “painfully thin,” despite a malicious and made-up report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this story, which wrongly contends the singer’s weight loss is connected to “marital stress.” We’re told talk of her having marriage problems with Tim McGraw and losing pounds over it is not true.
“Painfully Thin! ‘Walking Skeleton’ Faith Hill Drops To A Scary 99 Lbs,” reads a headline on RadarOnline. In its article, the website asserts the country star has “shriveled away,” and her 21-year-long relationship with McGraw is to blame. A so-called “source” tells the outlet, “She exercises constantly because she’s stressed out about problems at home.” The blog’s questionable “insider” goes on to maintain, “Faith and Tim have been arguing a lot and are on rocky ground right now. If she continues down this road, it could be really dangerous.”
Unfortunately, The Inquisitr picked up that inaccurate account and similarly asserts that Hill has dropped below 100 pounds. The site alleges the singer is severely “underweight.” It also quotes an unnamed tipster who says Hill is “skipping meals every day” and “looks pretty much like a skeleton.”
Allow Gossip Cop to set the record straight with what’s going on here. Basically, RadarOnline put out this inaccurate story and then a slew of other outlets regurgitated its premises and seemingly made-up quotes. But there’s no truth to Hill being much thinner now than she was a few months ago.
An impeccable source close to the 50-year-old singer assures us Hill is perfectly healthy and that the reports about her weight are “falsely alarmist.” While she’s thin, Hill is not “painfully” skinny, nor is there “stress” in her marriage to McGraw. In fact, Hill’s Instagram is filled with loving photos of her and McGraw, along with sweet messages. The couple, who enjoys spending time together, recently extended their joint Soul2Soul world tour and even lovingly named their newest album, The Rest Of Our Life.
This isn’t the first time Gossip Cop has busted an outlet for posting a cruel and untrue story about the country star. For example, we corrected RadarOnline’s sister publication, the National Enquirer, when it falsely reported in August that Hill was battling throat cancer. Much like that article, the latest one about Hill being “painfully thin” is equally baseless.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
