The iconic rock bands Earth, Wind & Fire and the Doobie Brothers performed on Thursday’s “Good Morning America” ahead of their “Classic West” and “Classic East” concerts. Watch the videos below!

The groups are teaming up later this summer for two separate shows on both the East and West Coast. The Doobie Brothers will be joined by the Eagles and Steely Dan for their set, while Earth, Wind & Fire will be joined by Fleetwood Mac and Journey. The first of the two-day concerts will be held at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on July 15 and 16, while the second will take place on July 29 and 30 at Citi Field in New York. The shows will mark the first time in history that these six classic bands have ever played together on the same stage.

Both Earth, Wind & Fire and the Doobie Brothers offered a sneak preview of their concerts on ABC’s morning talk show. Prior to their performances, the three members of each group got together for a joint interview with anchor Michael Strahan. The groups insisted they plan to watch each other perform, despite having shows on separate nights.

Earth, Wind & Fire then performed a medley of their songs “Africano Power,” “Shining Star,” and “September,” while the Doobie Brothers performed their hit track “China Grove.” Watch the “GMA” interview and performances below!
