In yet another fabrication from HollywoodLife, the website alleges Drake has been "blowing up" Rihanna's phone with texts ever since she was spotted with Saudi billionaire Hassan Jameel. Gossip Cop, however, can expose the outlet's lies. We're told the story about Drake "missing his ex" is "made-up," as no one close to the rapper is talking to the site.
As it has been widely reported, Drake posted a photo on Instagram earlier this month sporting a pair of Rihanna's "Fenty for Stance" socks. The rapper captioned the snap with the word "Trabajo," which translates to "Work" in Spanish, paying tribute to their smash-hit track of the same name. Based on Drake's latest social media post, the often discredited site then concocted an entirely fabricated tale about how the rapper has been attempting to contact the Rihanna via text, despite her being "infatuated" with Jameel.
In a so-called "exclusive," an alleged "source" is quoted as saying, "[Drake] misses her, so for now all he can do is rock her socks" and attempt to "slide into her DM's." The webloid's seemingly nonexistent insider goes on to contend, "Rihanna feels it's obvious that Drake is getting a bit jealous," and "finds it funny that Drake is enjoying a longer relationship with her socks than he did with her."
But before Gossip Cop debunks HollywoodLife's latest article, it's worth a look back at the website's most recent fabrications about the former couple. Just days ago, we called out the repeatedly inaccurate blog for wrongly claiming Drake was "lusting" after Rihanna now that she's dating Jameel. And last month, we busted the same outlet for falsely alleging Drake was urging Rihanna to "cut ties" with Jameel. Of course, in both instances, Gossip Cop proved that even though the webloid pretends to have insider knowledge, it clearly doesn't and its stories are bogus. Curiously, HollywoodLies, as it's nicknamed, doesn't mention its "exclusive" from a few months ago in which it foolishly reported Rihanna was pregnant with Drake's baby.
Unfortunately, the site continues to manufacture phony articles. A source close to Drake assures Gossip Cop the outlet's new report is 100 percent "made-up." As we have noted in the past, no one in Drake's camp is feeding the webloid with private information about him.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
