Dr. Luke is vehemently denying he sexually abused Kesha in a series of tweets on Monday. The music producer insists, among many other things, the singer is lying about him allegedly raping her, and that the two have “never had sex.”

As Gossip Cop has reported, Kesha’s motion to be released from her recording contract with Dr. Luke, who she claims physically and sexually assaulted her, was denied by a New York judge on Friday. Many celebrities have subsequently voiced their support for the singer, most notably Taylor Swift, who donated $250,000 to Kesha.

But Dr. Luke is clearly tired of being vilified in the press and broke his silence by tweeting, “Until now I haven’t commented on the lawsuits, which should be resolved in court not here on Twitter… It’s a shame that there’s so much speculation out there basing itself on so little information.” Dr. Luke added that the only person who “knows the facts” of the case is the judge, which is why she “did not rule in Kesha’s favor.”

The music producer further expressed that while he “can appreciate the compassion” of those speaking out against sexual abuse, “Lives can get ruined when there’s a rush to judgment before all the facts come out.” Dr. Luke went on to claim that those supporting Kesha are “getting behind an allegation only motivated by money.”

Dr. Luke, in no uncertain terms, then stated, “I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister… It’s sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue.” After a brief attack on the integrity of Kesha’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, Dr. Luke conveyed his belief that “the lies will be exposed and the truth will prevail.”
