Donald Trump gave his first major U.N. speech on Tuesday. Watch video of the president addressing the General Assembly at the United Nations below.

The General Assembly is made up of nearly 200 member nations, each of whom have equal power on setting United Nations policy. There are annual gatherings held every September, and that is what Trump took part in today. It was the first time he made a speech to his U.N. peers as president of the United States, and he reportedly spent a significant amount of time preparing for the address.

In his remarks, Trump heavily criticized North Korea and Iran, and suggested a collective effort among countries to fight the regimes in those nations. In the last few months, the president has repeatedly attacked North Korea and Kim Jong Un as that country tests out its nuclear capabilities. Just days ago, he tweeted, “I spoke with President Moon of South Korea last night. Asked him how Rocket Man is doing. Long gas lines forming in North Korea. Too bad!”

At the same time, though, the president stressed the “sovereignty” of America and other nations in the world. He also talked about the threat of ISIS. Trump’s address came one day after a meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, who is also in New York City for the Genereal Assembly. And just hours before his turn on the world stage, Trump tweeted, “Big day at the United Nations – many good things, and some tricky ones, happening. We have a great team. Big speech at 10:00 A.M.” Watch the video below of Trump’s U.N. address.
