Impressionist Daniel Ferguson sang in different voices like Kermit and Peter Griffin during “America’s Got Talent” on Tuesday. Watch the video below!

Upon taking the stage, Ferguson admitted this would be his first-ever performance. That prompted a stunned Mel B to exclaim, “Shut up!” He provided no details on what kind of singing he would do. And before starting, Heidi Klum could be heard whispering, “I hope he’s good.”

DNCE’s “Cake By The Ocean” started to play. And Ferguson began singing in the voice of Goofy. But he was no one-trick pony. Impressions of Scooby Doo, Kermit the Frog and Peter of “Family Guy” followed. He even impersonated Simon Cowell. All the while, the aspiring star sang the hit song word-for-word.

All but Klum gave a standing ovation at the end. Mel B commented, “I have to say, I’ve never seen anything like this, and this is your first performance outside of your front room? And you killed it! Nailed it! Brilliant!”

Stated Howie Mandel, “This is what I love about the show. I love the variety. I love seeing things I’ve never seen before. You are awesome.” Though she didn’t stand, Klum told Ferguson, “You put the biggest smile on my face. I absolutely love this act.”

And after a series of “X” buzzers for other contenders, Cowell declared, “Thank god for you today, because I was beginning to lose the will to live. I really was. And then you came out. Honestly, everyone is gonna love this act.” Mandel also amusingly added, “I just have this image of you alone in the living room singing ‘Cake By The Ocean.'” Check out the videos below!
