Wednesday’s 2017 CMA Awards will kick off with a red carpet pre-show. Watch the live stream below!

The 51st annual CMAs is once again taking place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The festivities will get underway two hours before the actual ABC broadcast of the ceremony, with the biggest names in music making their glam arrivals at the venue. And it will all be captured for fans to watch online. As announced on Tuesday, there’s “10 cameras strategically positioned throughout the red carpet and the Bridgestone Arena… offering unique viewpoints of the red carpet and backstage areas.”

The Twitter-only feed is dubbed “The CMA Awards: All Access,” and will be hosted by Kellie Pickler and Ben Aaron. In September, the two debuted a new CMT talk show called “Pickler & Ben.” And while she’s a veteran of the CMAs red carpet, this will be Aaron’s first time as one of the pre-show’s emcees. They’ll be joined by Kelly Sutton and Clayton Anderson, with all four working together to interview the nominees, performers and VIP guests on the red carpet. Then during the actual awards show, Sutton and Anderson be backstage “interviewing winners, presenters and performers live from exclusive backstage cameras.”

Notably, there was a bit of controversy surrounding the red carpet in advance of tonight’s event. The Country Music Association initially gave media guidelines that instructed members of the press to avoid asking attendees about last month’s “Las Vegas tragedy, gun rights, political affiliations or topics of the like.” The organizers warned that anyone found “straying from these guidelines” could have their credentials revoked. A number of journalists and media personalities objected to the restrictions, but it wasn’t until CMAs co-host Brad Paisley tweeted about the situation that the awards show reversed course.

He tweeted on Friday morning, “I’m sure the CMA will do the right thing and rescind these ridiculous and unfair press guidelines. In 3…2….1…..” Within hours, they were, in fact, rescinded and an apology was issued. Paisley then wrote, “Bravo CMA awards for doing the right thing & apologizing for this mistake. All are welcome, let’s have a great show.” Now that show is slated for 8 p.m. Eastern, with the red carpet pre-show starting at 6 p.m. Watch the live stream below! NOTE: The live stream is no longer available.
