Could Christina El Moussa join the “Real Housewives” franchise? A new report links her to the “Real Housewives of Orange Country.” Gossip Cop looked into the story, and we can now reveal what we’ve exclusively uncovered.

A headline in the new edition of OK! asks, “Chrisina: The Next O.C. Housewife?” It says in the accompanying article, “She’s got the blonde hair, the big bucks and, most important, the personal drama. Sources says Christina El Moussa is high on Bravo’s wish list to join ‘The Real Housewives of Orange Country’ next season.” According to the tabloid, the “Flip or Flop” star’s storyline would show her “navigate live as a single mom to daughter Taylor, 6, and son Brayden, 23 months, while dating and still working alongside her, ex, Tarek, despite their breakup last year.”

The gossip magazine speculates El Moussa is wanted to join the reality series because the current cast is “in flux.” “If the ratings falter or the cast gets greedy, you can bet Christina will be front and center for season 13,” one of the aforementioned “sources” is quoted as saying. But season 12 of the show only just premiered this past Monday. Any casting decisions for the following installment are a long way off as producers need to see how these news episodes play out with viewers first. It would be very premature to set the next season’s cast now.

Furthermore, Gossip Cop has learned El Moussa is currently “focused on filming new episodes of ‘Flip Or Flop,'” as one contact exclusively tells us, so she “does not have any plans” to join “RHOC” at this point in time. That said, it is not out of the realm of possibility for the mom of two to eventually make an appearance on the reality show. “Who knows what the future holds,” notes our insider. Bravo, however, does not comment on casting rumors. Gossip Cop will continue to monitor the situation.
