Chris Pratt and Anna Faris’ marriage is not in trouble, despite a new fabricated report. Gossip Cop can bust the false claim, which began in this week’s tabloids. Reps for both stars say the story is simply not true.

According to OK!, ever since Pratt’s stardom has “eclipsed” his wife’s fame, “Chris’ ego has exploded,” and he’s become “cocky and rude to Anna.” The tabloid quotes one of its questionable sources as saying Faris now “worries she’s old news,” and “the differences between them have risen to the surface.”

The magazine’s so-called “insider” then relates a wholly unverifiable story about how Pratt lets people know just how much more successful than Faris he’s become. The alleged “source” says, “When a friend complimented them on their home decor in front of a bunch of people recently, Chris laughed and said he was the reason they could afford an awesome interior design.” The supposed “insider” notes that Pratt “thought he was being funny, but Anna looked like she was about to burst into tears.”

That’s not all, claims the tabloid. Now that the Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy has also slimmed down, says OK!, he’s enjoying the all attention from other women. “They’re both trying to keep up the facade. Chris loves having women fall all over him, even though it makes Anna feel bad… totally neglected.”

First off, Faris and Pratt adore each other. And a mutual pal of Gossip Cop and Pratt’s tells us he’s immensely proud of his wife, who currently stars on the CBS show “Mom.” Similarly, Faris is proud of Pratt and feels far from “neglected.” Regardless, their marriage is not falling apart, and their reps say the tabloid’s tale is 100 percent not true.

Oh, and one last side note: Thursday is the couple’s anniversary. And to mark the occasion, Faris tweeted, “I would like to bore all my sweet followers with a happy anniversary message to my love @prattprattpratt here goes: happy anniversary baby!” Those are hardly the words of a woman who feels “bad” about her marriage.
