Chris Hemsworth is frequently feuding with other celebrities in the fantasy world of the tabloids. Gossip Cop has debunked many of the actor's nonexistent battles with other stars. Here are a few wrong rumors on the subject.

Last month, Gossip Cop busted Star for falsely claiming Hemsworth was feuding with Avengers: Endgame co-star Brie Larson. According to the magazine, the Thor star felt the Captain Marvel actress had a bad attitude while promoting their Avengers sequel and was being "rude" to the rest of the cast. The story was made up simply because the co-stars got into a playful spat during an interview with "Entertainment Tonight."

Hemsworth and Larson had a lighthearted argument over who performed more stunts, and the outlet attempted to turn the funny exchange into real-life drama. During the same interview, however, the actress was asked if she stole anything from the Avengers: Endgame set, and Hemsworth responded, "You stole our hearts." Larson later retweeted fan art of their characters fighting alongside each other and tagged her co-star in the post.

In April 2018, the National Enquirer attempted to put Hemsworth in the middle of a supposed rift between Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. The outlet contended that Damon had cut Affleck out of his life and made the Avengers star his new best friend. Although it's true Hemsworth and Damon are close pals, the idea that their friendship caused tension with Affleck was completely untrue. In addition to Affleck and Damon being producing partners who are working on a number of projects together, the Gone Girl star later shared Gossip Cop's debunking on Twitter and jokingly quipped, "Hey @chrishemsworth, you can have him! I'm Team @JimmyKimmel anyways."

Back in 2016, Gossip Cop shot down a HollywoodLife article about Hemsworth fighting with his brother Liam over Miley Cyrus. The blog maintained that the actor wanted his younger brother to dump the singer because he felt she wasn't "marriage material." In the time since we debunked the phony story, Cyrus has become the Thor star's sister-in-law. Last Christmas, Hemsworth attended his brother's wedding to the singer at her home in Tennessee. Cyrus has also bonded with Hemsworth's wife, Elsa Pataky, and has been welcomed with open arms into her husband's family. There have never been any issues between the Hemsworth brothers over the singer.

Gossip Cop would also like to give honorable mentions to Robert Pattinson and Anthony Hopkins, both of whom were said to be feuding with Hemsworth several years ago. Pattinson was supposedly jealous of Hemsworth working with Kristen Stewart on Snow White and the Huntsman, while Hopkins allegedly had a conflict with the actor on the set of Thor. As with all of the stories mentioned above, neither of those narratives were remotely true.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
