Charlie Sheen is being sued for allegedly exposing an ex-girlfriend, only identified as “Jane Doe,” to HIV through unprotected sex. The lawsuit was filed on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The legal documents refer to a “confidential male defendant” and do not mention Sheen by name. But there are specific references, down to the date, of Sheen’s TV interviews in 2015 and 2016 about being HIV-positive. The plaintiff, described as a “Russian émigré,” allegedly met the actor and embarked on a sexual relationship with him in September 2015, just weeks before he went public with his diagnosis in November.

It’s alleged that while Sheen initially said he did not have any sexually-transmitted diseases and was “fine,” he informed her after unprotected sex in late October that he actually did have HIV. The former TV star gave her two anti-transmission pills, and she sought medical help, the suit claims. Doe contends that Sheen later said he was “noble” for informing her at all, because his status was “none of your f*cking business.”

He allegedly insisted drugs to treat the disease were not needed, saying, “You don’t need to be on all that f*cking sh*t,” and claimed the “apocalypse” had left her “cleansed.” The former “Two and a Half Men” star is quoted as saying, “This is more about… not if, but when you do come down with this, that we’re together and at least we have each other.” It is further asserted that Sheen made reference to other lovers who were also upset about his medical situation, calling them the N-word and accusing them of committing “treason” against him.

Indeed, the suit explains Doe has not named the defendant due to a confidentiality agreement. In addition to damages for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress and fraud, the suit seeks to have that non-disclosure agreement voided. As Gossip Cop reported, Sheen was previously sued by ex-fiancée Brett Rossi in December 2015. She claimed he withheld his HIV status when they initially became intimate in 2013, and that he forced her to get an abortion because she would end up “giving birth to a retarded child.”

In a counter-suit, Sheen’s attorney insisted Rossi was “well-aware of Sheen’s medical condition,” and chose to engage in unprotected intercourse anyway. Accusing the former porn star of extortion and being on a “revenge” mission, the lawyer said Sheen “never forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges. In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.” The suit, which was headed towards arbitration, remains unresolved.

And last year, Rossi sought a restraining order against Sheen, from whom she split in 2014, for allegedly making death threats, but a judge ruled he was not an immediate threat. Gossip Cop reached out for comment on this new lawsuit with Jane Doe, but did not immediately hear back. We’ll have updates as appropriate.
