Charlie Sheen is insisting he did NOT force former fiancee Brett Rossi to get an abortion.

As Gossip Cop reported, Rossi sued Sheen last week for battery, assault, emotional distress, negligence, and false imprisonment. Among her disturbing allegations were claims that the actor hid his HIV-positive status from her, and then forced her to have an abortion when she became pregnant. Following the filing, Sheen’s lawyer issued a statement vowing “vigorously defend” the star.

Now Sheen’s attorney has filed an official response, accusing Rossi of being an “extortionist,” specifically claiming she has “attempted to extort millions by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.” The legal documents add, “Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action.”

As for Rossi’s specific allegations, it’s stated she was “well-aware of Sheen’s medical condition” when they became intimate, and nevertheless insisted upon unprotected sex. It’s further said that, contrary to her claims of violence on Sheen’s part, she was the who engaged in aggressive behavior.

Sheen’s lawyer claims the former sitcom star “never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges. In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.”

The suit states “revenge” as Rossi’s motivation, saying she wants to “punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement” and “cutting her off financially.” Sheen is seeking to get his ex’s lawsuit dismissed in favor of private arbitration guided by their previous agreements. Gossip Cop will continue to have updates.
