Celebrities are reacting to the Golden State Warriors defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 5 of the NBA Finals to win the 2016-2017 season championship. On Monday, the Warriors beat the Cavaliers 129-120 to win back the title. Now, Hollywood stars are sharing their reactions to Golden State winning the NBA finals for the second time in three years.

John Mayer‏ tweeted, “For some reason I always want to call them the ‘Garden State Warriors.’ Nonetheless I congratulate them.” Referring to the series’ MVP Kevin Durant, Lil Wayne wrote, “Kongratz to KD & the Warriors. Well deserved.” Josh Gad‏ added, “Huge congrats to @warriors and the fans. Legendary post season run. Legendary year.” Golden State fan Zendaya noted, “Woke up in Paris to some good news! FOR THE TOWN!!! LETSS GOOOOO!!! @warriors #DUBNATION.”

Common shared, “Congrats #warriors and @KDTrey5 [Kevin Durant] #nba #finals.” Arsenio Hall wished his best to the Warriors’ owner, who’s also a Hollywood producer. The comedian tweeted, “Congrats dude!! [ @PeterGuber ].” LL Cool J expressed, “As a New York knicks fan I must say that was a great series!” And while LeBron James lost, Snoop Dogg posted a picture of the Cavaliers star on Twitter, offering gratitude for a “great series.” Meanwhile, Shaquille O’Neal retweeted a number of stories about the Warriors winning, as well as clips of the team celebrating.

Rosie Perez wrote, “YAY! WOKE UP IN SPAIN TO HEAR THIS!
