Celebrities are reacting to the shooting late Sunday in Las Vegas, where Jason Aldean was performing as part of the three-day country music Route 91 Harvest Festival. While Aldean was singing, machine gunfire could be heard in spurts before panicked concertgoers began running and ducking for cover. It’s being reported that the gunman, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, was shooting from high up inside the Mandalay Bay Casino across the street from the outdoor venue. So far, the police confirm 50 people were killed and more than 200 others were injured. See Hollywood stars’ reactions to this horrific act.

Sia tweeted, “Please, if you are in Las Vegas, take cover there are multiple shooters on the loose, twenty people are dead. Find cover and hide.” Kendra Wilkinson added, “No words, just absolutely sick to my stomach…. Vegas be safe. Prayers to victims.” Josh Groban urged, “My Las Vegas friends please stay safe, stay indoors. This is ongoing and looks already to be quite tragic.” “My heart breaks for all of the people affected by the horrific shootings in Vegas. Praying for the victims and their families,” shared Camille Grammer.

Drake Bell wrote, “Active shooter in Las Vegas! City on lock down!!!!!!” “This is horrifying. That sounds like a full auto machine gun. Good God,” tweeted Patton Oswalt. He then politicized the tragedy by adding, “‘I know the Vegas situation is grim but let’s wait to hear Trump’s statement he’ll make it all better’ — a concussion victim.” George Takei expressed, “Simply horrific. I hope the situation is brought under control quickly. My heart goes out to the victims and their families.”

Paris Jackson stated, “Heart goes out to everyone affected by the shooting in vegas, friends & families (strangers included)…breaks my heart to see earth like this.” Snooki remarked, “Omg these videos of the shooting right is haunting. Praying for everyone at that event right now. This world is disgusting. Stay safe!!!!!! #vegas” Bob Saget offered, “Oh God. Vegas. WTF is happening. Can’t keep up with all the pain this country is facing. Sending love to Vegas.” “Oh please no make it stop,” begged Rose McGowan.

Mariah Carey said, “Horrified to hear about the shooting in #LasVegas. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. Praying for everyone’s safety.” Ken Jeong simply noted, “Praying for Vegas.” “Can’t believe my eyes. My prayers are with everyone in #Vegas. Please take shelter. This is unreal. praying for your safety,” expressed Christina Milian. And Paris Hilton tweeted, “I can’t believe what just happened in Las Vegas! What is our world coming to?! My prayers go out to the victims & their families.”

Brad Paisley offered, “Praying for everyone at #HarvestFestival. There are no words right now that suffice.” Celine Dion said, “Praying for all the innocent victims and their families in Las Vegas – Céline xx #LasVegas.” Alyssa Milano simply expressed, “Oh my god. No.” And Rosie Perez tweeted, “Oh my goodness! Woke up to this horrible news! WTH is happening?! Condolences to victims families & prayers for injured. #LasVegasShootings.”

President Donald Trump tweeted, “My warmest condolences and sympathies to the victims and families of the terrible Las Vegas shooting. God bless you!” John Legend offered, “The news from Las Vegas is heartbreaking. Devastating.” “Woke up to the horrific news coming out of Las Vegas. Sending thoughts and prayers to the people affected. I’m heartbroken and in disbelief,” Ryan Seacrest expressed.

Khloe Kardashian stated, “This is heartbreaking to learn about! Things have got to change!” Josh Gad said, “Oh God. Just woke up to this sickening news. What is happening to this country? Those poor poor people. I’m numb.” “Las Vegas & all who lost loved ones in last night’s horrifying attack are in my heart & prayers. Thank you to the courageous 1st responders,” Chelsea Clinton offered. And Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote, “Heartbroken by the news out of Las Vegas. Praying for those of us waiting for news from loved ones who went to hear live music on a Sunday.”
