Shortly after the story broke, Andy Cohen tweeted, “Because we needed MORE DRAMA from the election.” Arsenio Hall exclaimed, “Doh! Geeez, beating Trump should not be this hard! Hillary could mess up a wet dream! The Plaxico Burress of politics. Shoot YOURSELF in the…” Meanwhile, Cher questioned the validity of the emails, writing, “TRUMP REACHED OUT 2 HERO & BIZ PARTNER PUTIN,2 SEND EMAILS. NO PROOF THEY’RE ALL REAL. Are we ok?” the comedian answered, “1. No 2. Yes” He subsequently tweeted, “Dear James Comey: Anthony Weiner just sent me a d*ck pic with the nuclear codes written on his c*ck-shaft.” Similarly, Albert Brooks wrote, “If Anthony Weiner’s genitals brings down the entire US government I’m going to be so upset.”

In response to vice presidential nominee Mike Pence calling on the FBI to “immediately release all emails,” Elizabeth Banks shot back, “TAX RETURNS.” And when a follower suggested Comey was reinvestigating Clinton to sway the election, Kristen Bell wrote, “Shame on him.” Meanwhile, Rosie O’Donnell was unfazed by the new development, expressing, “And trump is still satan #ImWithHer.”
