Celebrities are reacting to the death of Carrie Fisher. See stars’ reaction tweets and tributes below.

As Gossip Cop reported, Fisher died on Tuesday after suffering a heart attack a few days earlier on a flight home from London to Los Angeles. The 60-year-old actress, who played Princess Leia in the Star Wars franchise, was rushed to a hospital on Friday after going into cardiac arrest on the plane. On Sunday, her mom, Debbie Reynolds, noted on Twitter that Fisher was in “stable” condition and appreciated the thoughts and prayers of friends and fans. But on Tuesday, it was announced, “Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning. She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly.”

Following the sad news, Fisher’s Star Wars co-star Mark Hamill could only muster on Twitter, “No words #Devastated.” Vivid A. Fox exclaimed, “NOOO! I’m so sad!! Not another one! REST IN PARADISE @carrieffisher #Respect #Gone2Soon.” Connie Britton shared, “Carrie Fisher you were a force throughout your life. And went away too soon dammit. RIP. And 2016 you suck.” And Ellen DeGeneres wrote, “.@CarriefFisher was a brilliant writer, actor, and friend. She was so much fun. I can’t believe she’s gone.”

“Such a sad day for her family, friends and millions of fans. Carrie Fisher is deeply missed,” offered Jon Favreau.” Alyssa Milano tweeted, “Thank you Ms. Fisher, for opening up a world of possibilities, strength and hope for all little girls. Rest.” Seth MacFarlane shared, “Carrie Fisher was smart, funny, talented, surprising, and always a hell of a fun time to be around. Family Guy will miss her immensely.”

Prince Jackson related, “Rest In Peace Carrie Fisher.
