Cars 3 drove to a win at the weekend box office. Get the details, and check out the full Top 10 movies below!

As its title suggests, Cars 3 is the third film in the Cars franchise. Owen Wilson again leads the star-studded voice cast, which also includes new addition Kerry Washington. It follows 2011’s Cars 2, which opened to $66.1 million. The new installment clocked in at $53.5 million. While that’s obviously a drop from the last movie, it was still a respectable debut and gave Cars 3 the number one spot at the box office.

And that amount pushed two-time chart-topper Wonder Woman down to second place with a new haul of $40.8 million. In third place was All Eyez On Me, the new Tupac Shakur biopic. As Gossip Cop reported, Jada Pinkett Smith slammed the movie on Friday for misrepresenting her relationship with the late rapper. The film’s release coincided with what would have been Shakur’s 46th birthday. Despite the controversy, it grossed $27 million in its opening weekend.

In fourth was The Mummy, earning just $13.9 million in its second weekend. And nabbing the fifth position was the new shark thriller 47 Meters Down. Its ticket sales rose to $11.5 million.

Rounding out the Top 10 were Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales in sixth place with $8.5 million, followed by Scarlett Johansson’s new comedy Rough Night in seventh, with a total of $8 million. Captain Underpants pulled up in eighth with $7.35 million, while Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 secured ninth, with $5 million. Just making it in the last spot was It Comes At Night. It earned tenth place and $2.6 million at the box office.
