Caitlyn Jenner is not suing her ex-wife Kris Jenner over lost earnings, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this false claim. We're told it's not true.
According to the repeatedly disproven RadarOnline, Caitlyn is threatening to drag Kris to court. The webloid alleges Caitlyn has been "exploring her legal options after she discovered.... [Kris] is freezing her out of family earnings to which she believes she's entitled." The site then quotes on of its elusive insiders as saying, "Cait's not been paid much, if anything, for her appearances on 'Keeping Up with the Kadashians' and other commercial projects she's attached her name to via Kris... And every time she tries to stand up for herself she's met with an excuse."
The webloid's so-called "insider" further contends, "Cait needs the cash and calculates she's hundreds of thousands if not millions out of pocket because Kris has effectively cut her commission by three quarters." "On top of that she's got legal fees that need paying, which she expects Kris to pay in full once they mediate, or she will go to court and have it out in public," adds the site's supposed source.
Gossip Cop will cut to the chase. A source close to Caitlyn assures us the story is completely untrue. She's not planning on suing Kris.
While our Caitlyn sources have been consistently accurate when furnishing information about her, RadarOnline's alleged insiders have duped the website into publishing a slew of verifiably false claims. In September 2015, for example, the outlet reported Caitlyn was secretly married to Candis Cayne. We stated back then that the site was wrong, and again time has proven us right. Similarly, Gossip Cop busted the webloid nearly a year ago when it inaccurately alleged Caitlyn was having a surrogate carry a baby for her. Much like those articles, the latest about Caitlyn suing Kris over lost earnings is also entirely off-base.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
