Caitlyn Jenner is not "devastated" that Sophia Hutchins said in an interview the two are just "business partners," despite a made-up report. As Gossip Cop has maintained, the pair aren't in a romance so the reality star would have no reason to be upset. We can set the record straight on this latest situation.
During an interview this week on the podcast The Hidden Truth with Jim Breslo, Hutchins addressed the nature of her relationship with Jenner, saying, "I wouldn't describe it as a romantic relationship. I would describe our relationship as we're partners, we're business partners."
An alleged "source" now tells RadarOnline, "Caitlyn's heartbroken that Sophia didn't send a loud and clear message professing her love for her and saying that they're, in fact, romantic." The outlet's alleged insider adds, "Cait's not sure why Sophia's grandstanding and she's not happy with this interview."
The questionable tipster further contends that the reality star now "feels used and taken advantage of" by Hutchins, and "thought she'd never feel that way again ever since she left Kris [Jenner] and the Kardashians." The "insider" goes on to say that Jenner plans "to punish" Hutchins by "taking away the credit cards she gave her and reevaluate their relationship," adding that the reality star has been spending "at least $50,000 each week" on the 22-year-old. However, Gossip Cop already busted the blog in June for making up a story about Jenner spending $50,000 a week on Hutchins.
Regardless, Jenner's rep has told Gossip Cop on the record several times that the reality star isn't dating Hutchins. Jenner herself told Variety in August that she and the young woman are "the best of friends." It's also worth noting, RadarOnline is making it sound like Hutchins dismissively referred to the former Olympian as "just" a business partner. In reality, she had a lot more to say about her close pal.
Here's Hutchins full quote: "We're partners in everything we do, we're inseparable, we're business partners, we live together, we share a dog, we share family, we share a life together." The young woman went on to describe her and Jenner as "two souls that are a fantastic match for one another," adding, "I feel that we're so blessed to have found each other and to be so supportive of one another in everything that we do." It's hard to imagine that Jenner would be "devastated" by such a kind sentiment.
Regardless, Gossip Cop once again checked in with the reality star's spokesperson, who dismissed the blog's latest report as nonsense. Jenner isn't upset about Hutchins saying their relationship isn't romantic, and that's because it isn't.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
