Will Caitlyn Jenner’s new book include “nasty” secrets about Kris Jenner and the Kardashians? That’s the latest from the tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the claim.

A headline in the new issue of Star exclaims, “Look Out, Kris!” According to the tabloid’s tease, Caitlyn is “ready to spill some juicy secrets, and the Kardashians won’t like many of them.” The story says, “It’s time for the latest shocking episode in Caitlyn Jenner’s life. After stunning the world with her jaw-dropping transformation from Olympic hero and Kardashian family figurehead to iconic transgender woman, sources say that Caitlyn, 67, is now poised to grab even more headlines with her explosive $2 million tell-all, The Secrets Of My Life.”

Well, it’s pretty much a given that Caitlyn’s memoir is going to attract media attention. But the magazine goes on to assert, “Kris Jenner and the Kardashian clan are set to be on the receiving end of some of its nastiest revelations.” A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “I’m sure Kris is absolutely going to blow her stack when she hears this, because the fact of the matter is that Caitlyn really doesn’t like her.”

Continues the outlet’s supposed snitch, “The Kardashian family’s empire has already been showing some serious cracks, and this certainly isn’t going to help. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kris gets Caitlyn on the phone and reads her the riot act!” Tellingly, though, the magazine doesn’t seem to know any of the “juicy secrets” or “nastiest revelations.”

Instead, the publication just talks in sensational, but vague, generalities. That’s probably because Star is merely guessing what Caitlyn’s book contains. Yes, she is obviously going to talk about her ex-wife and the Kardashians, and yes, not all of it is going to be positive and flattering. But it is not the hit job the tabloid is trying to make it out to be, and it’s not surprising Star can’t muster up any proof to back up its claims.

That’s because the article is “all untrue,” Caitlyn’s rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop. Of course, Star has little credibility in this area considering it’s the same publication that falsely claimed in 2015 that Jenner “wants to be Bruce again.”
