Caitlyn Jenner is not turning to “food and booze” amid so-called “struggles” with life as a woman, despite a false report. Gossip Cop can correct the untrue story. We’re told it’s complete nonsense.

According to the Globe, the former Olympic champion has gained 40 pounds while “drowning her sorrows” in food and alcohol because she regrets transitioning. A supposed source is quoted as saying, “Cait’s been shunned by her own family, she’s lost many of her buddies from her days as an athlete and she’s beginning to realize that she may never find love as a woman.”

The alleged insider adds, “All Cait has left is food and it shows. She’s substituted stuffing her face for personal contact with her family.” The seemingly phony tipster continues, “She seems to be digging her own grave with a knife and a fork.”

The outlet’s bogus premise is coming from an anonymous “source,” but Gossip Cop checked in with Jenner’s spokesperson, who tells us on the record that it’s “untrue.” Despite what the magazine’s unidentified tipster claims, a rep qualified to speak on the reality star’s behalf assures us she isn’t unhappy with life as a woman and hasn’t been indulging in food or booze as a result.

The idea that the former Olympian’s family has “shunned” her simply isn’t true. Earlier this week, in fact, Jenner said in an interview that all of her kids were “very accepting” of her transition. The reality star explained that when she first decided to become a woman, she told each one of her 10 kids individually, adding, “They were all very accepting. And I moved on in my life.”

In another interview back in December, Jenner noted that her “relationship is still good with all” of her kids. Although it’s true that her relationship with ex-wife Kris Jenner and the Kardashians has been somewhat strained, the idea that she regrets transitioning and has been indulging in unhealthy habits simply isn’t accurate.

Unfortunately, we’re not surprised by the publication’s made-up story. Back in March, Gossip Cop busted the Globe for falsely alleging Jenner wanted to go back to being Bruce again. That wasn’t the case and nothing has changed in the short time since. Additionally, this latest article says the reality star fears she’ll never find love again, but last July, the tabloid claimed Jenner was marrying Sophia Hutchins and adopting a baby with her. That story wasn’t true either, but it shows how the magazine can’t keep its narratives straight.
